I hold a PhD in Civil Engineering from the 鈥淓cole Polytechnique de Montr茅al鈥�, University of Montreal, Canada, with a specialization in hydrology and water resources. My experience covers Egypt, Africa, the Middle East and North America. Through my more than 25-year career, I gained technical experience in statistical and stochastic hydrological analysis, climatology, global hydrology, water resources planning and management, mathematical modeling of surface and groundwater hydrology and flood protection.
