I am now building and leading NCB (National Character Building) Program. I was inspired by Japanese culture in which they are as a nation labelled/identicated as discipline, workholic, keeping the cleanliness environment,dedicated in best service in any field, have a principle of Kaizen (progressive improvement),and implemented other good values as a unique national culture.
