Mohamed Montassar BEN SLAMA received his PhD in geology from the Univesit茅 de Tunis El Manar in 2011. He is an assistant professor in structural geology and lectures to graduate students such as Ms Degree and engineers at the Universit茅 de Tunis El Manar. He is involved in 鈥渢hrust and salt tectonics in Tunisia鈥� Group within U.R. 11 E.S. 13, Geomatics, structural & Applied Geology. His research is conducted in cooperation with petroleum, mining, geomatics and Civil engineering societies operating in Tunisia. His specialties are thrust and salt tectonics, geological mapping, basin geodynamics, basin modelling and seismotectonics analysis. He is a member of Tunisian Society of Rock Mechanics.
