Barbara Hanselman started her adventure in clay 18 years ago by taking classes at area art centers and training with local, nationally recognized clay artists. She is known for her hand built featherweight pots, her unorthodox approach to surface design and her ceramic clay beads.
Her work has been recognized with awards at two Strictly Functional Pottery Nationals in Lancaster, PA and three Hopkins House Camden County Impressions Exhibitions in New Jersey.
