By day I am the Senior Community Manager for the 25th most visited website in the US. The rest of the time I put on my pink-sequined social media cape, helping individuals and businesses create and grow their online reputations and brands. If you're wondering why I added "Experimentalist" after Social Media on my tagline, it's because Guy Kawasaki made me think (on a Sunday no less). He wrote somewhere that "social media expert" is an oxymoron and that no one knows how to use social media - yet. I respect him. And, after pondering over it for awhile, agree. I am always experimenting to see what works, what doesn't work...trying not to blow things up in the process. There you have it.
