Cultural sustainability is becoming increasingly relevant in the quest to meet the aims of ecological, economic and social sustainability. I advocate for a sustainable culture being crucial to fostering social development.
I have founded Controversial Recipes to recognise local cultural values, equal rights and diversity. As cuisine can reflect cultural heritage, preservation and conservation of kitchen recipes and the stories they tell is designed to promote sustainable social development.
My passion for cuisine and social development stem from log-term residence overseas, a Diploma in Hotel Operations and Catering and a Bachelor of Arts (Languages) from Monash University.
