Barry Weber is president of T3 Dynamics and has more than 25 years experience in IT consulting and leading IT as a CIO. He has unique experience in IT infrastructure for high volume e-commerce and financial services where risk is measured in impact to revenue/minute. He led the development of the business continuity plan for Barnes & Noble.com which is based in NYC and suffered no impact from 9/11. He has consulted to American Express, Citigroup, UBS Financial, BellSouth, Cingular, Merrill Lynch on ITIL process, performance, availability, and quality management. Barry is an alumnus of PricewaterhouseCoopers and has a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
