I have been practicing LEAN methodology for over 27 years and during this time I have assisted well over 100 organisations around the world. With this experience, and working alongside our LMAC Consultants, we have proven results in pioneering high performance business with capabilities way beyond those of LEAN tools.
I was trained by the Toyota Motor Corporation, in Japan and in North America, by some of the leading experts of LEAN. Whilst working for Toyota in the UK, I held a number of senior manufacturing, engineering and supplier development roles. Building on this experience, my last 17 years has been spent consulting globally across many different industry sectors.
