As the Director for Services & Solutions for CTG (Nasdaq:CTGX), Bart holds the day-to- day responsibilities over +300 IT consultants and +20 staff members. He manages 4 service lines/units: Application Solutions, Regulatory Compliance, Testing and IT Service Management and bears the final responsibilities for planning & staffing, compensation, training, competence development, service development, 鈥� for the belgian division of CTG. His duties are primarily in strategic, tactical and operational management for developing the service lines and business.
Prior to that, Bart was the unit manager for Testing in Belgium and responsible for managing a unit of 130 Test Profesionals and a re.
