Baybars Orsek is a political entrepreneur who has worked in the field of public diplomacy and political exchange programs for nearly a decade. He has established international exchange programs across the globe to encourage collaborative socio-political dialogue among emerging leaders. Orsek is the founder of Istanbul Solution Center, a consulting firm which seeks to maximize effectiveness among leading firms from Turkey, and the Chairman of the Dialogue for Common Future Association which focuses on strengthening democratization and empowering youth within Turkey. He is pursuing his PhD at Yeditepe University in Istanbul.
