I am responsible for managing consumer research projects at the specialist research house, Answered. I work closely together with marketers to identify research problems and gaps in marketing intelligence, and formulate research designs to close these gaps. I specialise in quantitative research, with a special focus on digital data collection platforms.
I develop questionnaires and oversee the fieldwork before working with the analyst team to generate consumer insights which are then used to make business decisions.
