• Screening applicants and process suitable candidates directly to respective users according to company needs.
• Maintain good relationship with Department Head, providing feedback and assistance relating to their recruitment needs.
• Manage and prepare work agreement (permanent/contract based) upon candidate acceptance and conduct orientation programs to the new recruits.
• Participate successfully in job fairs and HR seminars as well as coordinate mass recruitment projects.
