Originally born in Germany and now living in Las Vegas, USA, I am a certified chef, hospitality technology professional, certified web designer, and web business owner with a love for writing.
I became vegetarian in 2005, which was infused by the personal experience with cancer in my family and my nutritional knowledge as a chef. In 2009 I became vegan to prevent all animal cruelty in my life, and to actively promote animal rights.
