A Northwest Arkansas native, Mr. Shankle opened the first Arkansas branch for Pavecon in February of 2011. After graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2003, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Shankle has been involved in all aspects of construction for public and private infrastructure. He brings excellent experience in consulting and value engineering for parking lot maintenance and development. His experience spans the various stages of project development, civil engineering, grading, drainage analysis, street improvements, paving designs, and overall project and business management.
