I am a Business Psychologist* who heads up the Sten10 assessment design consultancy.
Sten10 creates high quality and innovative psychological tests, questionnaires and assessment centres. We use these to provide insight into behaviour, motivation and personality for selection or development purposes. We work both directly with organisations and via other consultancy firms. As part of our service, we also run assessment centres and train people in assessment / interview techniques.
