I have good experience working within the statistical environment. As a head of survey unit, I emphasized to increase professionalism and quality of data collection and in questionnaires by using best practices, professional knowledge from other statistical offices and by using studies on questionnaires design and data collection methods. My main interest is project management, especially in using Lean and Scrum.
