I am a pastor and missionary and have worked for over 12 years with church leaders nationally and internationally. I am a founding member AMA Cuba, a Christian missions ministry that provides theological education, medical missions and evangelistic resources to the Church in Cuba. I have worked with diverse organizations in developing Hispanic church leaders and has 7 years experience as a Professor of Theology and Pastoral Leadership. I have been a keynote speaker for churches and at conferences on the topics of Latin American missions, Hispanic theological education, and church leadership.
