I am currently working as the Team Lead of RAD RTB Team in Deustche Bank. We provide L1 and L2 support for almost 300 RAD Applications in the bank. The job is a challenge since we maintain a vast number of small (rapidly developed) applications created in different technologies such as - ASP .Net, VB .Net, Oracle, Java, Ms SQL, and more.
