I am the founder, managing director and principal consultant of a boutique consulting firm, ReStructure Consulting (www.restructure.ca), which focuses on restructuring and turnarounds of non-profit organizations. As a former CEO of several non-profit organizations, my work over the past 20 years has focused specifically on projects that require an integration of strategy, finance, governance, and operational planning and implementation.
My clients range in size from large international organizations to medium sized local, regional, and national nonprofit and charitable organizations, United Way agencies, provincial ministries, as well as regional quasi-government bodies such as CCAC’s.
