Originally from the midwest (Detroit and Chicago), I have been living in the metropolitan DC area since 2009. I moved to the area to change my career and attended graduate school to become a School Counselor. I have experience working in the charter school sector and I am currently working at DC Public School. I enjoy working with urban youth and all aspects of their community at large. I recently obtained my Career Development Facilitator Certification and am currently seeking post-secondary counseling or career development opportunities.
