HE Olubanke King-Akerele visited Tubman University in March 2014 as the Speaker for the Day at the William V.S. Tubman Speakers' Bureau. During her visit, she met with the university president, gave a speech on developing Africa's leaders, and toured various university facilities and a local women's empowerment project. She emphasized the need to grow Africa's and Liberia's emerging leaders.
