I believe teamwork is critical to organizational success and leadership is critical to successful teamwork. I have always been a servant leader that inspires others by empowering them to utilize their gifts to achieve success for themselves and their team. Many kids looked up to athletes when I was growing up, but my role model was a coach named Vince Lombardi.
