Bill has designed hardware and software for many IBM server products, participated in a software startup company (NetOps later aquired by Micromuse) - the latter acquired by IBM in 2005. Presently he is the Technical Leader / Architect for the IBM Custom Testing Parnership Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. These CTPs support several large IBM customers. The CTPs specialize in end-to-end testing / migration process validation of firmware/software "stacks".
Bill has contributed a lecture to the Introduction to Enterprise Testing Course, which he guest lectures on occasion.
Bill is an active member of the IEEE.
