My passion for creating innovative and usable solutions started "long ago" when usability/user experience were almost unknown and the specialty was just beginning. I've been through many paradigm shifts: command line to windows, local CPU to client server, PC to web, desktop to mobile. My view of the future is rarely affected by hype and firmly rooted in what matters to users. I want to make sure people are truly pleased and productive with what I produce, not just "able to do their job."
