Besh. Ray received his M.S.E.E from University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, U.S.A in 1994, Ph.D in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Waterloo, Canada in 2000. In 1995 Besh joined COMDEV space group in Cambridge Ontario, CANADA as a Member of Technical Staff and worked as a design engineer for waveguide input-output multiplexers and filters for satellite application. Between 2000 and 2002 Besh joined Nortel Optical Networks, Ottawa, CANADA where he worked on broadband GaAs integrated circuits for 10Gb optical long haul systems.
