Bo-Kuai Lai received a B.S. degree in physics (1995) and a M.S. degree in materials science and engineering (1997) from National Tsing-Hua University (NTHU), and a Ph.D. degree in materials science and engineering (2004) from Case Western Reserve University. His expertise is in product development and project management.
