34. Lemon Cookies
Ingredients-
230g salted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 遜 cups self-raising flour
1 tbsp milk
The zest from 1 lemon
The juice from 1 lemon
Method
Preheat oven to 190 C (375 F)
1. Combine the butter and sugar in a large bowl.
2. Using an electric mixer set on medium speed, beat until light and fluffy .
3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
4. Using a spoon, stir in the lemon zest and then the flour.
5. Stir in lemon juice, then enough milk so the dough is firm but sticky.
6. Load into cookie gun and pipe onto greaseproof paper
7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Label for Bottle and Instructions
Instructions
Mix Epsom Salts, Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Essential Oil, and Food Colouring thoroughly.
Use as much or as little food colouring as required.
Allow to dry and then transfer to bottle.
Apply label and instructions.
