邱柏耘，美國印州州立博爾大學數位說故事學程碩士，期間參與Center for Media Design的多項製作與教學工作，曾以作品【龍之心】(Heart of the Dragon) 獲得區域學生艾美獎(Emmy Awards)提名。返國後投入台灣初等及高等教育非政府組織。曾策劃廣達文教基金會藝術教育巡迴展「夏卡爾，愛與美的專賣店」，曾受邀擔任教育部「創造力教育計畫」多媒體課程講師，製作－【創意教學影音資料酷－Bee Creative! 張麗華老師的藝術人文課程】，主持超過80場傅爾布萊特交流學者訪談與錄影並為其製作紀錄片與推廣影片，目前已製作超過60支短片，累計線上瀏覽約2萬次、長達900小時。 I have always been an innovative storyteller in the working place.
