Conducting of Project Feasibility Report & Site Data Report for initial survey of property. Coordinating between NHQ design team and zonal projects team (all services) & Low side vendors for smooth project completion (retail stores). For all refit programmes designs are prepared at zonal level. After completion of the project measurement certification and WO amendment if required. Based on revised WO final bill processing and WO closure.
