As my good friend Steve Krug once said ‘Don’t Make Me Think’, I have helped build clutter-free sites for some of the biggest brands in the UK like Sony Playstation, Southwest Trains, Gatwick Airport, Morrisons, Boots, Tesco Blinkbox, Camden Market, Crystal Palace, Virgin Active and others, whether replatforming or greenfield. My ideas put the user first. An e-com specialist, I have worked the full lifecycle of UX/UI projects with a focus in Agile and UX Delivery.
