7. General Policies
? Brands reserves the rights to select the location of the Ad guaranteed positions are available at
a premium on non-cancelable basis. Advertisements are accepted for preferred positions subject
to color and other production requirements. Special positions may be requested on non-
guaranteed basis. Marketing Dept should be contacted in case special placements are required.
? All payments will be made in favor of ¡°MONTHLY BRANDS¡±
? The publisher shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure to publish or
circulate all or any part of any issue due to strikes, work stoppage, accidents, fires, or any
circumstance not within the control of the publisher.
? In the event of any error in the printing of an advertisement, the publisher will re-run the
correct version of the same ad material in the next available issue published.
? Publisher reserves the right to add the word ¡°Advertisement¡± to or reject advertising that
simulates editorial.
