I co-ordinate all elements of the 3 principal customer scope programs, including liaison with AXA UK/External research agencies, implementation and reporting to key internal stakeholders. I provide insights to the various business units from the scope programs as to what parts of customer experience are performing well or not. I monitor business performance and media spend and liaise with the campaigns managers as to future marketing activity.
