Born and raised in Florida, the one state you have to go north to get south. I moved to PlantCity as part of my mothers sociology experiment which went awry. Was lucky enough to meet wonderful people there and develop a taste for streets not gridlocked in traffic. Moved back to St. Pete for college. Uneventful years passed until driving across the Howard Franklin one evening at the age of 24 I heard a radio ad for Team in Training, a group who does triathlons and marathons to raise money for leukemia.
