Brian Mitchell is the Chief Architect for CIGNA Group Insurance (CGI). In this role he leads the Technical Services organization and is responsible for the design, development and execution of CGI's Enterprise Architecture, which is used to drive CGI's strategic plan. He is also the lead architect for CIGNA's overall web presence, online experience strategy, and enterprise content management infrastructure.
