As an Instructional Designer in the School of Nursing at Ohio University, I work with faculty and subject matter experts to successfully design, implement, maintain and redesign online and hybrid courses. I assist in design and development of new courses and revising of existing online and blended courses using Quality Matters rubrics to gauge the quality of the courses. I am a certified Quality Matters peer reviewer. I took a major lead in designing NRSE 4520- Health Assessment & Promotion course to implement an instructional simulation called Digital Clinical Experience (DCE).
