I consult local business owners, C level executives, and public sector entities on ways in which their paper intensive processes can be improved. Through a process called a DTA (Document Technology Assessment) I help to uncover customer pain points and help to create custom workflow solutions for their document capture, process and output processes. This creates new opportunities for customers to control their workflows while creating cost efficiency.
