One of my main roles at Ajinomoto has been to see the big picture and suggest improvements to the whole processes effectively. Additionally, I am in charge of assessing and revising the procedures related to foreign trade and also working on specific actions to leverage the service. As a consequence, I was able to identify people related to these processes and be the facilitator in trainings (in both English and Portuguese) for them. I have also been responsible for managing back-to-back operations, being the head of its development at Ajinomoto, selling products from affiliate companies to Latin America customers.
