CrossFit of the Ozarks was established March 2011 making it the second CrossFit affiliate in all Southwest Missouri. Since then, we have trained stay-at-home moms, soldiers, adventurers, runners, football players, firemen, police and others who strive to be in the best shape of their lives. We are a community of like minded people who believe that the limits people set before themselves in life are merely glass ceilings.
