As a professor, I am privileged to spend most of my days reading, writing, and hanging out with other curious people. I spend my time asking questions and seeking out answers. Often this involves research within organizations or with interesting groups of individuals. In the past year I have had a chance to work with youth entering the workforce, injured workers retraining for new careers, farmers, and industry leaders. It is a grand adventure.
Specifically, I study motivation, learning, and negotiations. I am interested in how people think, process information, and make sense of the world. My work focusses on how people interact with their one another and with their environment. ...
