The has accumulated more than 11 years of experience in construction management at one of the leading construction company in Vietnam. He started at the position of a site engineer at Nguyen Du Park Villa, La Residence Hotel and Spa Hue and then as a Senior Cost Manager at The Manor Hanoi project. He spent more than 4 years at various sites and gained a substantial amount of experience to become a Senior QS, Deputy General Manager at Technical Department, later changed to Tender Department of Coteccons from 2007 to 2011.
