My main career intention is to combine the cardiovascular surgery and basic sciences in the context of regenerative medicine, stem cell based therapies and tissue engineering. To achieve this intention, I am still conducting my lab work in Erciyes University Genome and Stem Cell Center (GENKOK) beside my surgery in a public hospital.
I am also interested in Research & Development (R&D) studies and thus I am still conducting a project about a tool in coronary artery bypass grafting surgery together with the departments of biomedical engineering and electronical engineering in Erciyes University.
