I was graduated from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, my major was EE.
My first job was a FAE in IA Dept. in Texas Instruments. This dept was sold to Siemens in 1991, at the same time; I left TI and joined Yokogawa as a TE for about 1 yr. Considering the promotion opportunity was quite limited in the Japanese company, so I left Yokogawa and joined ABB in 1992. I was starting from a SE in ABB and I got promotions almost every 2 or 3 years.
After being the head of the Power Systems division for almost 6 years which starting from 2006, there was an opening in Rittal for me, I believed it would provide me a better career opportunity.
