I am an incoming PhD Student to the Fox School of Business at Temple University. I hope to focus my research on diversity, teams, and workplace mistreatment research. At Texas A&M, I collaborated with fellow students and professors on research. I helped developed and presented two team leadership research manuscripts at the Annual Academy of Management conference in 2012, and presented a manuscript at both the AOM conference and Southwest Academy of Management Conference in 2013.
