Over the last 16 years, I have worked in various capacities within the education sector in the UK. I have worked as an FE and HE lecturer, managed an LSC funded project, worked as a local authority Education manager, and as county-wide strategic lead for the education and training of young offenders.
My work has been predominantly been concerned with educational delivery in the statutory, FE and HE sector, educational consultancy, as well as the educational inclusion and re-inclusion of vulnerable and challenging young people, including excluded children, looked after children, young offenders, and BME children.
