The Cataloguing & Indexing Group in Scotland (CIGS) is a sub-group of the Chartered Institute of Library & Information Professional's Cataloguing & Indexing Group.
CIGS organises events, seminars and conferences for CIGS members and the wider cataloguing and metadata community in Scotland and beyond, and promotes the use of bibliographic and related metadata standards for resource discovery and collection management.
