Since 1986 I have been employed as a full time Christian worker serving the pastoral, educational and administrative needs of communities on three continents. During this time a large part of my focus has been on enabling effective communication to Christian communities, initiating and supporting pastoral, teaching and evangelistic efforts as well as ensuring basic communicational, theological and personal skills are present.
