Professor Dr Chris Preece is based at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. From 2013 to 2015 he was Director of UTM International, and Head of the International Construction Business Management Research Group at UTM. He served as Coordinator for the UNESCO Club.
Prof. Preece was for 14 years at the University of Leeds, UK. His specialist research field is in the area of business and project management in the construction/engineering sectors. He is recognized as an authority in business strategy and author of more than 160 books, journal and conference papers at an international level.
