The Hubble Space Telescope reveals the beauty of galaxies and nebulae in the outer space. Powerful microscopes extend our senses into the strange realm of tiny atoms and particles. Science and technology widen our horizon and allow us to contemplate the far and the invisible, while improving our energy supply, food supply, communication, medicine and countless aspects of our daily lives in the 21st century.
