I am passionate about improving health care delivery, quality, and equity. This passion plays out in my research patient-centered outcomes in clinical trials, comparative effectiveness research, and research on clinician-patient communication. I bring twenty years of experience of teaching qualitative research methods and background as a scholar at Wisconsin's Institute for Clinical and Translational Research to QHRC, a highly-skilled team of researchers dedicated to bringing the human voice to health research.
