My vision:
Holistic approach. Our human body systems work together to produce the movement, therefore we must to take into account all them when training, assessing or doing rehabilitation. The human movement involve all the components that we are looking for.
My Principles:
- Strength is the essential physical capacity (Tous, J. 2007)
- We need Mobility ( mainly in ankle, Hip, Thorax, Shoulder)
- We need Stability (mainly in knee, hip, lumbar Spine, Scapula-shoulder)
- We need Motor Control
My System process:
